1.Cold Forming Elbow Machine must be grounded, and the wire should not be less than 4mm. The supplyvoltage should not be more than rated voltage.

  2. Do not pull drawing wire or cable to prevent welding falling off.

  3. Add the lubricating oil in the chain and other sliding parts timely.                                            

  4. Keep the body of bender clean.

  5. Unable to touch the switch and encoders with hard objects.

  6. It is not allowed to add or change input and output nodes of PLC.

  7. Must cut off power supply when cleaning and maintenance.

  8. Pressure adjustment : adjusting pressure with electromagnetic overflow  valve.
