Induction bending machine are used by many Hot Pipe Bending Machine Manufacturers. However, users of machines should understand the problems they may present early, and then take appropriate measures to make them flustered when they present problems. For the user, the user can have a detailed understanding of the high quality induction bending machine, and today I have summarized the common faults in daily work.

(1) Check the dominating valve. First clean the safety valve and check if the valve core can wear out. If it is worn, it should be changed. If there is still no change after the safety valve device, check the wear condition of the valve spool of the control valve. The clearance operation limit is usually 0.06 mm, and the wear should be changed seriously.

(2) Measure the pressure of the hydraulic pump. If the pressure is low, the adjustment is stopped and the pressure is still not adjusted, which clarifies that the hydraulic pump is seriously worn.

(3) Check the internal leakage of the boom profiler cylinder. The easiest way is to raise the boom to see if it has a clear free fall. If the drop is obvious, remove the cylinder of the bending machine and the seal should be replaced if it is worn.

(4) When the profile bending machine body is shaken, the grinding head and the frame coupling bolts should be tightened.
