1. Main uses and features

The Elbow Pushing Machine is mainly used for stainless steel pipe fittings and is specially made into a 90° elbow. The forming method is that the side ejector pin pushes the straight pipe into the mandrel in the main mold, and is equipped with an automatic stripping device. The elbow is removed from the mandrel, the electrical system is controlled by PLC, and the hydraulic system adopts the cartridge valve, which is convenient for maintenance, simple in operation and high in production efficiency.

2. Unit structure

This equipment is mainly composed of four parts: main engine, hydraulic station, electric control cabinet and limit device.
