1. Need to lubricate and add a little oil

6. Change the sealing ring if the oil is leaking

In hydraulic systems, most of the oil leakage failures are caused by the failure of the sealing ring. The sealing ring is elastic (pressure) for sealing.

After the sealing ring is installed in place, its elasticity should be able to pre-stress the contact surface when there is no oil pressure, that is, its section should have a certain degree of compression and deformation; when there is oil pressure, it will be pressed to the side of the groove by elasticity Play a sealing role. When replacing the sealing ring, the sealing ring of the same size must be selected in strict accordance with the instruction manual, otherwise the appropriate compression degree cannot be guaranteed.

At the same time, special attention should be paid: do not use the used seal ring, and carefully check the surface quality when using a new seal ring. After confirming that there are no defects such as small holes, protrusions, cracks and grooves, and there is sufficient elasticity. be usable. If the oil is leaking, it will definitely be a mistake to change the sealing ring so-so.

7. The seal ring model is good, just put it on

When replacing the sealing ring, the open part of the hydraulic system should be cleaned strictly, and impurities and dirty oil should be prevented from mixing into the system. When installing, use special tools to prevent it from being scratched by sharp metal edges or even fingernails. It is not allowed to directly cover the sealing ring over the threaded part of the component. In special cases, make a simple installation tool or use a plastic film to wrap the threaded part, and apply clean hydraulic oil of the same type to the tool or membrane. 8. Put the spare seal ring freely

Since the sealing ring contains more additives, it is easy to age and deteriorate. Therefore, during storage, it is necessary to avoid sunlight, and prevent it from being damp and heated. It is also necessary to avoid contact with acid and alkali substances. Usually, the storage period should not exceed one and a half years.
