    The beveling machine is used for cutting end and beveling. It is specially used for beveling and cutting of pipe fittings such as bending pipes, elbows, tees, reducers and caps.

    The pipe fittings beveling machine is divided into single head, double head and three head according to the end face of the beveling.

    The single-head beveling machine is mainly used for beveling the steel pipe and cap.

    The double-end beveling machine is mainly used for beveling 90° elbow.

    The three-head beveling machine is mainly used for beveling tee.

    Bevel machine structure: power head and slide table structure, floating cutter head, transmission mechanism, control system.

  (1) Power head and slide table structure: V-shaped rail, the power head moves forth and back smoothly.

  (2) Floating cutter structure: It is mainly for the ellipticity of the elbow, which can ensure that the elbow diameter is not round or the center position is not the center, thus ensuring the quality of beveling.

   A cutting knife and a beveling knife are mounted on the cutter head.

  (3) Transmission mechanism: This equipment uses the motor to drive the ball screw drive, and working feeding, fast forward and fast backward.

   The rotation of the knife is obtained by the motor drive the power head drive.

  (4) Control system: It adopts numerical control system (CNC) , which is convenient and accurate to operate .
